Section 6301.09. Workforce Investment Act of 1998 applicable to workforce policy boards

The provision under division (g) of section 111 of the "Workforce Investment Act of 1998," 112 Stat. 936, 29 U.S.C.A. 2801, as amended, applies to the state board created under section 6301.04 of the Revised Code. The provision under division (e) of section 117 of the "Workforce Investment Act of 1998" applies to the local boards established pursuant to section 6301.06 of the Revised Code.
